One hour seems hardly enough time to touch the surface of many of these topics. Set realistic expectations. The goal will be to give you enough information that you can begin to make your own progressive journey. When you reach an impasse, you can schedule another session with me to continue making forward progress.

Sessions are virtual. Payment is taken at time of booking. If a conflict arises, you may reschedule for another time, without a fee.
